Clients are required to share the following details with our team at least 2 days prior to the appointment:

• Complete venue address with nearby landmarks
• Exact Google Maps location link
• Two alternate contact numbers of responsible persons available at the venue

Transportation charges for our team to and from the agreed location shall be borne by the client. If an overnight stay for the team is required, all related expenses (accommodation, meals, and local transport) must be arranged or reimbursed by the client.

Please note that additional service requests at the venue may not be accommodated, as this could impact scheduled salon appointments. We strongly recommend finalising all services in advance.

As our team uses professional, heavy-duty electrical equipment, the client must ensure:

• Adequate power supply
• Sufficient power sockets
• Backup generator or inverter, where required. Any delays, interruptions, or service limitations due to power issues will be the sole responsibility of the client.

During all outdoor services, the safety and well-being of our team is of utmost priority. The client is responsible for ensuring a safe, secure, and respectful working environment. In the event of any safety concern, She Zone Beauty Lounge & Spa reserves the right to discontinue services immediately, and the matter may be pursued legally if necessary.

The safety of personal valuables (jewellery, accessories, cash, etc.) at the outdoor venue remains the sole responsibility of the client. While we trust our team, we advise clients to make appropriate arrangements to avoid misunderstandings or loss.
