A few helpful details to make your visit comfortable and enjoyable.

On the Day of the Appointment

Please arrive on time to ensure timely completion of services. While a 30-minute grace period may be accommodated, delays beyond this may need to be compensated, as they can affect subsequent appointments.
For brides, we recommend having one accompanying person to assist with personal belongings and jewellery.
Kindly eat before the makeup session begins to avoid discomfort during the service.
Please arrive with a clean face, free from heavy creams, oils, or makeup.
For hair services, clients must arrive with freshly shampooed hair, without oil or conditioner.
Please note that hair wash is not included in regular makeup and hairdo packages to save time. If hair wash services are required, please inform well in advance and will be charged additionally.
Do not forget to bring all fresh flowers, accessories, hair ornaments, and jewellery as discussed with our team in advance.

After the Service

Avoid touching, rubbing, or blotting the face unnecessarily.
Do not expose skin to excessive heat, steam, or water immediately after makeup.
Lipstick touch-ups may be required after eating or drinking.
Makeup longevity varies based on skin type, weather, sweating, and activity level.
Remove makeup gently using a mild cleanser or makeup remover at the end of the day.

Personal Belongings

Please keep your personal belongings secure during your visits.
She Zone is not responsible for unattended personal items.

Makeup results may vary depending on natural skin condition and preparation.
Inform our team about any allergies, sensitivities or specific requirements before your service begins.
The salon is not responsible for makeup wear issues caused by skin reactions, excessive sweating, or environmental factors.

Store Policy

Our policies helps to provide a smooth, comfortable experience for every client.

Hygiene & Safety Policy

The salon follows strict hygiene and sanitisation protocols.
Brushes, sponges, and tools are sanitised before every client.
For safety reasons, outside makeup products are not used unless agreed upon in advance.

Service Cancellations After Preparation

Once a service is prepared—such as products dispensed, creams laid out, colours mixed, or equipment set up—the service is considered initiated.
Cancellations or refusals at this stage will be fully chargeable, as prepared products cannot be reused or stored due to hygiene and quality standards.
This applies to facials, hair colour, hair spa, waxing, nail services, and all customised treatments.

Change of Mind During Service

Any change of decision after a service has started will be handled as follows:

No refunds will be issued for services partially or fully rendered.

Advance Payments

All services scheduled before or after regular working hours must be paid in full in advance.
All outdoor / on-location services must be paid in full in advance.

Time, Products & Professional Judgement

Our pricing reflects professional expertise, premium products, time, and preparation.
Services cannot be paused, reversed, or undone without additional cost and time implications.
All services are performed following professional assessment and hygiene protocols, and client cooperation is essential for best results.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation one day prior to the scheduled appointment:

In case of same-day cancellation, the amount paid will be non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be reused for other services.

Delays caused by the client, venue, or third-party arrangements may lead to reduction in service time or cancellation, without eligibility for refund.

Refund & Dispute Policy

The salon follows a strict no-refund policy once a service has begun.
Any concerns must be raised immediately during the service to allow reasonable resolution.
Post-service dissatisfaction based on personal preference change does not qualify for refunds.
